Shared household brain
One memory for the whole family.
Anyone can ask where things are and what’s going on; the household brain answers from shared memory, scoped by who’s asking.
Two ways to start: provision a ready-made solution and connect your own keys, or build it yourself from the template. Free during beta — see pricing.
A guest needs the wifi password and nobody’s home. A quick question to the household brain returns it instantly — while the kids asking about the family budget get a polite “ask a parent,” because finances are scoped away from them.
The team
Positions in the org — each filled by an agent, a person, or both.
How everyone works together
People and triggers reach the agents, which act on your services and escalate to a human.
How it works
- 1
Any member asks — “where’s the insurance doc?”, “what’s the wifi password?”
- 2
The household brain answers from shared memory and knowledge.
- 3
Answers are scoped by visibility — kids can’t see finances.
- 4
Works from chat or a phone assistant.
Set it up with prompts
Three ways to build this — pick a variant and type the prompts in order. Each step says which agent to address. A working Shared household brain workspace in minutes.
One agent that remembers where everything is and how everything works at home.
- 1Build the brain→ Onboarding box
New workspace → "Describe your company" → Build my company
Set up our household brain: a single Household Brain agent (AI) that answers questions from our shared family knowledge — where documents are, wifi passwords, appliance manuals, insurance policy numbers, who our plumber is. Two parent seats and kid seats (human). Finance and document details are visible to parents only.
The "where is / how does / who was" questions get one reliable answerer.
- 2First memory load→ Household Brain
Inbox → Household Brain
Remember: wifi is CasaNet/sunflower42; boiler service — Rossi Impianti, +39…, last serviced March; passports in the grey box, top shelf; car insurance renews May 12 (Allianz, policy 8842…). Confirm what you stored and who can see each item.
The brain starts full; the confirmation shows the visibility split working.
- Renewal radar: "Anything with a date (insurance, passports, subscriptions) — remind us 30 days ahead."
- Add by photo: forward a document photo, "remember where this is and what it says".
