These terms govern your access to and use of Avantis AI (the “Service”), operated by Avantis AI (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

Avantis AI is a platform for building and operating AI agents. We may update, improve, or change the Service over time. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that happens under it. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no infringing others' rights, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, and no use of agents to send spam, abuse, or harmful content. You are responsible for the actions you configure your agents to take.

4. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the content and data you bring to the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you. We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy.

5. Third-party connections

The Service can connect to third-party tools (for example Google or other APIs) at your direction. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for them.

6. Fees

Paid plans and usage-based charges, where applicable, are described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential losses. Outputs of AI agents may be inaccurate — review important actions before relying on them.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or to protect the Service or its users.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use means acceptance.
